Do you guys reimburse for the gasoline wasted in your drive thru line? When I get told 30-45 minute wait and still had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru for them to “finish it up for me”. One an antibiotic with a total of 4 capsules and 15 capsules of anti-nausea medicine. I just don’t get it, it would be less time for me to go to findlay and get things filled.
We've been using Kroger Pharmacy for quite some time and it's usually a short wait. If it's something we can't wait on then we get an automated phone call for pickup.
