good place to live
They don't take care of much around there I've been living there for a couple years and it just keeps getting worse. They need better and stronger management the trailers need to be kept up to modern status they are so old even the insulation falls apart and it's so drafty even your heating bill would be 1,000$ just to live in one of them. Everyone there is great people the neighbors are understanding and they are caring in a time of need. If you don't mind living there as a temporary solution you would enjoy to get to know a lot of friendly people. They are always around when you need to talk and always there in a time of need. The management needs to be more like the neighbors, even they wish to have everything taken care of but their needs are not met. My neighbor has a bath tub almost collapsing and a hallway almost collapsing, they do nothing and it's sad because the renters are very friendly and caring people and they deserve to have their home taken care of without their health having to be in jeopardy for them to do something.
