My dogs love it. We leave them there at least twice a year for the last 4 years. Our dogs have always come home happy and healthy from Punk Hallow. When our house flooded and we had to live in a hotel the staff was great and let us keep our dogs an extra two weeks.
We had a horrible experience here. We boarded our dog here and when we picked her up she was filthy. She had clearly been laying in copious amounts of urine, her collar had bled onto her fur, she was just as skittish when we picked her up as when we dropped her off. She was skittish around meal times for a few days, and it took multiples of baths to wash off the smell of urine. We have since changed to a new boarder and we have not have any of these issues.
